A gift in your Will is a lasting legacy.
A gift in your Will is a lasting legacy and will make a lasting impact on the many people that rely upon MOVE muscle, bone & joint health, no matter the size of the gift.
After looking after and/or considering your loved ones, family and friends, if you wish to make a gift in your Will to MOVE muscle, bone & joint health we recommend that you seek the advice of a Wills and Estate lawyer to assist you in making your bequest.
Below is some suggested wording to discuss with your lawyer when drafting or amending your will:
‘I (insert name), give and bequeath to MOVE muscle, bone & joint health ABN 26 811 336 442 in aid of that company and for its general purposes
(Choose the appropriate statement below);
The whole of my estate;
(insert number) percentage of my estate;
The residue of my estate (both real and personal);
The amount of (insert the value of gift in cash); OR My (insert name of asset including all relevant descriptors), free of all duties, testamentary expenses, taxes and charges payable on my estate, and the receipt of the Chief Executive Officer or other authorised officer for the time being shall be complete and sufficient discharge of the Executor(s) duty.
