Tips for Driving and Travelling
Muscle, bone and joint conditions can make it difficult to drive or use public transport. Persistent pain and joint stiffness can impact a person’s ability to get in and out of a car, fill a car with petrol and drive or travel for long distances.

We have developed the following information resources to provide you with practical strategies for driving, using public transport and travel in general. This was made possible through a grant from the RACV Community Foundation.
